11/23/2008 批評與被批評今天聽完蔡牧師的講道，心裡特別有感受，尤其是最近在學校被評鑑的過程中，我想批評、接受批評是件很不容易的事，但卻是一個學習愛人的機會，人生裡重要的課題，我想也唯有虛心的從上帝那裡求得這樣的智慧，改變自己。
當我們想批評別人時
1.先穿他的鞋子走一哩路(同理心~你了解他的處境嗎?)
2.沒有瞭解、愛心、必要，不要論斷
3.不要草率妄斷(看到影子就開槍)、勿存心不良(沒有挽回對方錯誤的心，不是為對方好)、勿無限上綱(對方的祖宗18代都錯了)
4.基要之事求合一，爭議之事可自由，一切之事要慈悲
5.假冒偽善的人啊，先去掉自己眼中的樑木，然後才能看得清楚，去掉你弟兄眼中的刺(溫柔的)
上帝不是要拿掉我們分辨好壞的能力，
而是要我們在愛人的裡面有這樣的能力
學習正確的接受批評
批評的來源可能來自你的仇敵，但是來源不是重點，重要的是我們回應的方式，什麼是正確的方式？
1.用心仔細的聽（Listen Attentively and Carefully）：讓對方知道你重視他，因此願意認真聽他說的批評。
2. 正視對方的眼睛（Look them in the eye）並保持安靜聽對方說完：無論如何都要將話聽完。
接著問自己一個問題：『這個批評是有根據的嗎？我真如他所說得的那樣嗎？』再問另一個問題：『神是否要對我說些什麼？』 然後你的反應是回答他：『謝謝你提醒我這個問題。』『我會反省你說的話。』如果對方說的是對的，我真的有那些問題，你還得請求他的原諒。如果你無法說出口，那表示你的驕傲已經超過和神的關係。那如果對方說的完全不是事實，那你仍要謝謝他，然後你可以說：『還有其他的問題嗎？』這樣的回應有時會讓對方目瞪口呆，他們原來想激怒你，但你卻沒有發怒，以為你會反駁，而你卻沒有。這時你還可以感謝他讓你的基督生命成長，因為神在你身上做工，讓你不必發飆，不必辯駁，讓對方看見你敬虔的態度，你的反應會讓他們去思考你為什麼與眾不同。如此的回應批評便是討神喜悅的方式，讓神得以從中建造堅固你。 Good TV 『生命的觸動』（In touch）節目
